Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Xenoa Ltd. strives to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct within all aspect of our business.

As an assembler and supplier of Printed Circuit Boards which can contain elements of precious metals and non-precious metals, Xenoa Ltd. is committed to sourcing materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers.

Xenoa does not directly source or process conflict minerals such as Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten or Gold. However these minerals may be included in the components or bare boards we buy from other suppliers.

Xenoa expects it’s suppliers to comply with the laws and regulations regarding “Conflict Minerals”, specifically the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502, as well as Regulation (EU) 2017/821 of the European Parliament.

In support of this policy, Xenoa Ltd:

  • Requires that our suppliers verify in writing that they have procedures inRequires that our suppliers verify in writing that they have procedures in place to demonstrate that the metals they procure are sourced in accordance with this policy.
    And
  • Requires that our suppliers verify in writing that they have procedures inRequires that our suppliers, where precious metals are not obtained by means of recycling of secondary materials, have documentation such as certificate of origin, business registration and export licences.
